Inside the Trexler Nature Preserve, a snow covered footbridge crosses the Jordan Creek at a location known as The Ford. The Jordan Creek is largely covered in ice and that ice is blanketed by a small layer of snow, creating this wonderful black and white composition. This shot is taken from the east side of the bridge where the Covered Bridge Trail and the Elk Ridge Trail converge.
